PBob,
Either you have to get Magoo to teach you how to add a hot link to this site or someone has to teach me how to extract a cold link and somehow open the page. If I had to type that link into the address box, there would be a 90% probability that I would screw it up 19 times out of 20 attempts.

In many ways, the climbing world serves as a microcosm of humanity at large, including the changes we go through as we devolve. Though the events in the above article may be understandable, it makes the whole scene no less disconcerting.

Hi Ken,
Nice to hear from you.
Thank you for confirming my suspicions about your relationship with Rose.
Sounds like a worthy list of projects for your retirement. Good for you!
I believe you and I are about the same vintage ( I'm thinking a Barolo....... robust, hearty, pungent with hints of sage and saffron ). As a number of people in my life have retired or are contemplating same, I have come to realise that 55 is the new 65.
Conversely, after a lengthy hiatus from gainful employment, I return to the workforce this week. Something I am rather excited about and plan to do for a couple of years before slipping the traces for the duration.
As for me, no books on the horizon, unless provoked.
As you sail off in new directions, keep in touch. My e-mail address is the same as it's been the last 7 or 8 years. Drop me a note with your current e-mail address.
