ENews is slowly reporting on their findings on Everest this year. It's all very oblique as usual. I will try to summarize when they finally come to the point. They apparently have someone (unnamed) who found an old body that they say "could only have only be SI", an indeterminate length of time ago. They say that their crew got to that very treacherous place and found only an old oxygen cylinder (which doesn't seem to be one from '24). They speculate that due to the steepness of the area the body must have avalanched down. All very intruiging but no firm information (like where on the mountain this was supposed to be). But they are not finished yet so we don't know if there is going to be any firm information given. It seems unlikely that they have found anything really significant. But it is an interesting read if anyone is interested.
