eggs, bacon, onion; maybe potatoes and cheese as well?
CMS paid Maximo a day's wages to do the food shopping for our expedition. He was given $300 to buy all the food and drinks (one week, seven people). He returned $100 of that back to Dale and we had food left over. Plus we were supposed to supply our own lunches but every day Maximo produced a sack lunch for us. Just one instance of the honesty/integrity we encountered with the people of Huaraz--glad I didn't let all the horror stories of being ripped off in Peru stop me from going.
