Hi everyone,
Checking in for the first time in months - though I do lurk a few times a week. here. Well done to everyone's recent and past summer's climbs and adventures.
Ego-tourism? Actually, I see nothing worng in adventure racing although terms like ' extreme' sports are kinda exaggerated - after all, if it'sbeen filmed on TV, it's hard tpo picture it being too extreme ;-). That phrase's probably more suited to the incessant guided climbing with deluxe levels of support.... I've been rally busy grwoing the business this year , so less time for climbing. however, next year, I'll be offf in jan 2005 for a climb in South America andthen in summer 2005 for some new adventures. Stay tuned at the expeditions website http://www.everest.org.sg towards the end of Dec when I'll get a fresh expeditions ' chapter' page uploaded
