Eric-This is Jay from Chicago just wanted to wish you and your team all the best on your upcoming trip to Tibet-That sure brings back memories for me back in 2003,especially the day we as a group the ABC and N Ridge people were heading up past that IM camp and you said okay those who want to go to ABC go now or else because I remember that storm was just starting to brew-Say hi to Jangbu for me okay I gave him one of my favorite running long sleeve shirts-By the way what is Jake Norton up to these days? Thanks for the note. Jake is staying home this year. I am in Nepal now in Namche Bazaar going up part way with the South side trekkers. Fly back to KTM tomorrow and then over to Beijing to meet the incoming folks for the Tibet side. We're trying something different this year, routing people in via Beijing instead of KTM, just in case things in Nepal went totally haywire. Anyway, it should put a new twist on the trip with a couple full days of sightseeing in Beijing before flying to Lhasa. Hope all is well!
