Torn rotator cuffs are bad news! Hope it gets better
Photos: Wow , those photos of us at Boulder were from 1999 , not exactly a ' few years ago' as BBob puts it.
Participated as a speaker at the inaugural Global Speakers Summit here recently and bumped into none other than Cathy ODowd and Ian Woodall of the 1996 South African Everest Expedition and infamy, if you may recall. While neither one of them has done anything 'nasty' to my interests, the whole thing about about how he made up his military service record and climbing experience and the way he treated people kinda rankles throughout the climbing community - still. Of course, Woodall's viilified in JOn Krakauer's Into Thin Air as the guy who wouldnt give up his sole radio to rescuers during the 1996 Everest tragedy
